【摘要】 目的 比较多瑞吉与美施康定对重度癌痛的疗效、治疗费用及毒副作用。方法 将102例重度癌痛患者随机分为治疗组(多瑞吉组)和对照组(美施康定组)，多瑞吉组51例，用多瑞吉止痛，从25ug/h剂量开始，如疗效不佳则逐渐增加剂量，直至完全止痛；美施康定组51例，口服美施康定，从30mg/12h小剂量开始，不能缓解者逐渐增加剂量，按25%～50%加量，直至完全止痛。结果 多瑞吉与美施康定治疗总有效率相近，便秘发生率及费用差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 多瑞吉与美施康定治疗癌痛有效率相近，多瑞吉虽然费用稍高，但其便秘发生率较小，二者都是治疗重度癌痛的理想药物。
