[摘要] 目的: 探讨青年人股骨颈骨折不愈合的有效治疗方法。 方法: 14例青年人陈旧性股骨颈骨折不愈合，采用麦氏(Mcmurray)截骨内固定植骨方法治疗。 结果: 经随访，骨折全部愈合，无股骨头无菌性坏死发生。 结论: 麦氏截骨内固定加自体髂骨移植能够有效治疗青年人陈旧性股骨颈骨折。

    Management of chronic femoral neck fracture in young people with intertrochamteric osteotomy

    Abstract:Objective:To investigate effective treatment methods for prolonged nonunion of femoral neck fracture in young peo-ple.Methods:Fourteen cases of chronic femoral neck fracture of young people were treated with Mcmurray osteotomy plus internal fixation and auto bone drafting.Results:Clinical follow-ups demonstrated satisfactory bone healing without aseptic necrosis of the femoral heads.Conclusions:Mcmurray osteotomy plus solid internal fixation and auto bone drafting can effectively cure chronic femoral neck fracture in young people.
