【摘要】 通过对两组采用不同鼻饲方法对患者的病情发展及转归影响结果的分析，得出使用正确的鼻饲方法为重度颅脑损伤的患者进行肠内营养的重要性，防止因营养不良引起机体抵抗力低下、低蛋白血症、贫血等并发症，造成患者死亡。

    【Abstract】 According to analysis of the developwent and results of disease which was influence by using different methods of nasal feeding for serious craniocerebral injuries patients,we can conclude the significance of enteral nutrition,therefore,patients would not have complicating diseases such as low resistibility and immunity defect,hypochromic disease,anaemia rusulting dying.
