【摘要】 目的 探讨螺旋CT仿真内镜成像在喉部的临床应用。方法 对36例患者行喉部轴位薄层螺旋CT扫描,范围由会厌至环状软骨,层厚2~3mm,螺距1.0~1.5,1~1.5mm厚度进行三维重建,再把重建后的图像数据下载到CT工作站进行CTVE成像。结果 36例CTVE成像操作一次成功,获得满意的CTVE图像,声门及声门上、下区显示清楚。喉CT仿真内镜获得类似于纤维内镜显示喉内腔壁或腔内病变形态的效果,有利于微小病变的显示。36例中,CTVE发现异常者32例,正常者4例。结论 CTVE为一种无痛非侵入性检查方法,可从头端及足端进行观察,对声门下区的观察明显优于喉镜,特别适于隆起性病变的显示,可提高喉癌等隆起性病变的检出率。【关键词】 仿真内镜;体层摄影术,X线计算机;成像,三维
Clinical application of helical CT virtual endoscopy imaging in larynx

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical application of helical CT virtual endoscopy (CTVE) imaging in larynx.Methods Helical CT thin scanning were performed in 36 cases,with the range from pharynx to annular cartilage,slice thickness of 2.0~3.0mm,pitch of 1.0~1.5.CTVE imaging was performed in the CT workstation using 3-D reconstruction imaging which were transported to the workstation.Results Satisfactory CTVE imaging were obtained in the 36 cases.Glottis,the upper and lower area of glottis were clearly presented.The images showed cavity and pathology of larynx which were like fiber endoscopic findings were obtained in larynx CTVE,which would result in detect minor lessions.In the 36 cases,the normal were 4 cases,abnormal were 32 cases which all were found by CTVE.Conclusion CTVE provide a noninvasive diagnostic method which can survey from top to food.CTVE is better to survey the lower area of glottis than fiber endoscopy,especially in bulge pathology.CTVE can be widely used in clinical practice. ......
