【摘要】 目的 深入探讨青春期女性学生性健康教育内容和方法。方法 采取开展系列教育活动、开设心理咨询、建立授课体系、渗透性健康教育等方法。结果 学生正确认识青春期生理和心理的变化，掌握科学的性健康知识，健康顺利地度过这一时期，身心得到健全发展。结论 青春期是人生的重要时期，实施性健康教育具有相当的重要性和紧迫性。【关键词】 青春期；性教育；方法

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the content and method of female adolescent sex health education.Methods For filtrating the means of sex health education,we adopted a series of educative activities,psychology inquiry and established education system.Results Students knew well about physical and mental changes in this period,master scientific health care knowledge to spend this period smoothly with body and mind developed sound.Conclusion Adolescent is an important period in life,so sex health education is so important and urgent,it must be done inevitably.
