【摘要】 目的 观察卡孕栓用于预防妊娠高血压综合征(妊高征)患者剖宫产术后出血的效果，寻找合理用药的方法。方法 选择112例妊高征患者行剖宫产术，随机分成卡孕栓组、催产素组。前者在胎儿娩出后舌下含化卡孕栓1mg；后者仅于娩出胎儿后立即宫体注射缩宫素20u，比较两组术中及术后24h内出血量。结果 术中及术后24h平均出血量，卡孕栓组为(295±49.8)ml，催产术组(367±58.7)ml，两者比较，差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)，卡孕栓组用药前后血压比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 卡孕栓能有效预防妊高征患者剖宫产术后出血，并且方便、快速、安全，便于临床推广使用。

    Clinical study on preventing postpartum bleeding in cesarean section by methyl carprost suppository in pregnancy-induced hypertension patients

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of methyl Carprost Suppositoty on reducing postpartum bleeding in cesarean section in pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH) patients and to probe into making rational use of drugs.Methods 112 cesarean section in PIH patients were divided into two groups:methyl carprost suppository group(group A)and oxytocin group(group B).Group B was injected 20u oxytocin muscularly after baby delivery,and group A was given 1mg methyl carprost suppository by sublingual administration after cesarean section.The volume of bleeding within 24 hours after delivery for the two groups was measured.Results The volume of bleeding within 24 hours after delivery in group A was (295±49.8)ml,group B was (367±58.7)ml.The differens between two groups was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Methyl carprost suppository is convenient、safe、effective and less expensive in preventing and reducing the postpartum bleeding in PIH patients. ......
