【摘 要】 目的 探讨不典型心肌梗死的早期诊断和急诊处理。 方法 分析不典型心肌梗死患者的临床特点和心电图(ECG)特征。 结果 及早诊断及时救治，可减少漏诊、误诊防止并发症、降低病死率。 结论 不典型心肌梗死的临床表现多样化，以突发症状为主，与心脑血管疾病相关。ECG检查或动态变化有助于诊断。
