【摘要】 目的 提高老年胆囊结石患者的治疗水平。方法 对84例病人临床资料进行回顾性总结。结果 76例完全治愈,8例症状缓解。结论 根据老年人特点,选择手术方式并加强围手术期处理。【关键词】 老年人；胆囊结石病；腹腔镜；胆囊切除术；剖腹术
The perioperative management of gallstone accompanied with medical disease in senile patients

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the curative effect on senile patients with gallstone accompanied with medical disease.Methods 84 cases were reviewed.Results 76 cases recovered completely and 8 cases improved.Conclusion It’s advisable to choose the operative method between LC and OC and the perioperative management is to be intensified.
