【摘要】 目的 恶性肿瘤化疗患者联合应用双灵固本散已成为显著提高化疗效果的重要手段之一。同时，又能有效减轻或消失化疗给患者造成的损伤。本文进一步评价化疗联合应用双灵固本散在肿瘤综合治疗中的作用。方法 (1)32例肺鳞癌(Ⅱ期、Ⅲa期)术后化疗患者联合应用双灵固本散完成计划治疗状况及出现化疗障碍性损伤的对照。(2)观察肝癌介入化疗患者联合应用双灵固本散50例疗效评价对照。(3)38例大肠癌术后患者联合应用双灵固本散治疗对复发及转移对比疗效评价。(4)50例乳腺癌术后化疗联合应用双灵固本散抗化疗药物损伤的临床综合症状改善对照观察。结果 (1)肺癌术后化疗患者联合双灵固本散完成计划治疗率由对照组的38.2%提高到81.25%；(2)50例肝癌介入治疗同时应用双灵固本散患者肿瘤缩小或消失，与对照组相比差异有显著性(P< 0.05)，治疗期患者死亡率较对照组显著下降，差异有显著性(P<0.05)；(3)大肠癌术后化疗联合应用双灵固本散复发和转移治疗组与对照组相比差异有显著性(P<0.01)；(4)乳腺癌术后化疗应用双灵固本散80例对照观察，精神状态、体重、脱发、呕吐、皮肤色素改变、肝功能、肾功能、白细胞等，治疗组呈明显减少、减轻或消失(P<0.05)。结论 双灵固本散对化疗药物有明显的增效减毒作用，具备化疗保护剂作用；对提高恶性肿瘤化疗疗效有重要的临床价值，值得临床广泛推广。

    【Abstract】 Objective The chemotherapy combined with Ganoderma complex powder (here after is shortened as GCP) for the treatment of malignant cancer patients have become one of the method to synergic improving the effect of chemotherapy, meanwhile, GCP can alleviate or diminish the side effects caused by chemotherapy. The paper emphasis on evaluation the role of the combined therapy with GCP as an adjuvant to chemotherapy that plays on the treatment of cancer patients.Methods (1)The progress of the planned treatment for 32 cases of lung squamous cell carcinoma patients (phraseⅡ, phrase Ⅲ a ) who were accepting chemotherapy combined with GCP after their operation;(2)Efficacy comparison of observation on 50 cases of lung cancer patients treated by interventional chemotherapy combined with GCP;(3)Efficacy evaluation of recurrence and metastasis of 38 cases of rectal cancer patients received administration of GCP as a adjuvant after operation;(4)Comparative observation of improvement of clinical general symptoms of 50 cases of mammary cancer patients received GCP for fighting against the side effect of chemotherapy after operation.Results (1)The treatment rate in the lung carcinoma patients treated by chemotherapy combined with GCP group after operation in accordance with the planned therapy schedule raised to 82% compared to that of 31% in control group.(2)The tumor was regressed or diminished in 50 cases of lung cancer patients treated by interventional chemotherapy combined with GCP, there was a significant difference (P<0.050) between the combined group and control group; and during treatment, the mortality was remarkably decreased (P<0.05)compared with the control group.(3)There is a significantly difference in the recurrence and metastasis of 38 cases of rectal cancer patients received administration of GCP as an adjuvant compared with control group(P<0.01) (4) The observation regarding the symptoms e.g. spirit, weight, hair loss, vomiting, change in skin pigmentation, liver function, kidney function, leukocyte etc., had remarkably reduced, alleviated, or disappeared in the 50 cases of mammary cancer patients received GCP group compared with control group (P<0.05).Conclusion GCP has great synergic effect of enhancing the chemicals efficacy and reducing the side and toxic effect caused by chemotherapy by acting as a protector against chemical therapy; it has a great clinical value to improve the chemotherapy for malignant cancer, so it worthes promotion and application clinically. ......
