【摘要】 目的 探讨骨良性病变切除后骨缺损的修复方法，并对其疗效进行评估。方法 总结1999年1月～2003年10月我科应用混合自体骨松质的异体脱蛋白骨松质复合自体红骨髓治疗骨良性病变切除后骨缺损28例。年龄12～61岁，平均20.5岁。结果 除2例因死亡失访外，其余26例均取得满意随访，平均骨愈合时间为4.2个月。骨腔大小或植骨量不同，骨愈合时间不同。骨腔越大，植骨越多，骨愈合时间越长。本组病例未见明显排斥反应及并发感染。随访至今，无一例复发。结论 利用这种复合人工骨修复骨良性病变切除后骨缺损的方法可行性好，安全性高，自体损伤小，便于推广，可用于骨缺损的修复。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment of repairing bone defect following the bone benign lesion resection,and,evaluate its curative effect.Methods From January 1999 to October 2003,the compound artificial bone (deproteinized cancellous bone allograft mixed self cancellous bone composited with self red marrow) was used in the treatment of bone defect in 28 patients following bone benign lesion resection.The age of the patients varied from 12 to 61 years (mean 20.5 years).Results Bone unions were achieved in 28 patients,and the average time for union was 4.2 months,all patients were followed up satisfyingly with exception of 2 late patients.The time for union was different according to the volume of graft and the size of cavity.The longer time for union was always accompanied with the large volume of graft and big cavity.No immune response and infection and recurrence happened in the 28 patients.Conclusion The treatment of bone defect are satisfying due to its better feasibility and security and less self trauma. ......
