蛇床子素对荷瘤小鼠的抗肿瘤作用

     【摘要】 目的 本文研究天然香豆素化合物蛇床子素对多种瘤谱的抗肿瘤活性;并通过对胸腺、脾等多项指标综合考察蛇床子素的高抑瘤活性和低毒性特征。方法 选择小鼠宫颈癌(U14)、肉瘤(S180)、肝癌(H22 )3种瘤株分别接种于昆明种小鼠,给予灌服蛇床子素。结果 3种瘤谱使用蛇床子素均有明显的抑瘤效果,最佳抑瘤率分别为U14 60.0%、 S180 68.2%, H22 62.1% ,并且蛇床子素对小鼠的肝、脾指数和胸腺指数几乎无影响;而阳性对照药顺铂组对小鼠的肝、脾指数、胸腺指数有着明显的损伤。结论 蛇床子素有可能研制成为一种低毒、高效的抗肿瘤新药。
