【摘要】 目的 通过验证调强放射治疗计划的剂量误差，探索IMRT质量保证的措施和方法。方法 (1)逆向调强计划的绝对剂量在仿真模型中进行测量比对。(2)逆向调强剂量分布用胶片法验证。结果 (1)逆向调强计划绝对剂量误差在-0.4%～4.8%,平均误差1.88%。(2)逆向调强计划80%等剂量线与胶片的重合度为95.52%。结论 适形调强治疗计划可以基本满足临床要求。

    【Abstract】 Objective To probe effective quality assurance procedures and measures of Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy(IMRT) by verifying the dose accuracy.Methods (1) Results were Compared between the measured dose in the anthropomorphic phantom and inverse planned dose. (2) The dose distribution was recorded by irradiating the film in an anthropomorphic phantom, which is the IMRT plan.Results (1) Absolute difference between the measured dose in the anthropomorphic phantom and inverse planned dose is within -0.4%～4.8%, the average difference is 1.88%. (2)The overlap degree was 95.52% between 80% isodose distribution of the inverse IMRT plan and that of film.Conclusion IMRT plan can meet clinical requirements. ......
