健康教育对脑梗死肢体功能康复训练依从性的影响

     【摘要】目的了解健康教育对脑梗死病人肢体功能康复训练依从性的影响，探求科学的健康指导方法指导临床实践。方法选择1994～1998年未重视健康教育98例脑梗死病例为对照组，1999～2003年重视健康教育后的109例脑梗死病例为观察组，病后1年随访，将病历资料及随访资料采用χ2检验、秩和检验进行统计学方法处理。结果通过健康教育，患者肢体功能康复训练的依从性明显提高(均P<0.05)，肢体功能康复水平提高，自理能力提高(P<0.01)。结论脑梗死患者肢体功能康复训练是患者长期实施的一个康复手段，不但要早期实施，而且要长期坚持。根据我国国情大部分康复工作在家实施，利用住院期间要认真做好健康教育，可提高患者康复训练的依从性，从而提高康复水平及自理能力，提高患者的生存质量。

    【Abstract】 Objective The purpose is to make reader understand the influence of cerebral infarction patient to take health education about the dependence of extremity function training,which is to obtain some scientific methods to direct taking practice in clinical.Methods Results That the patients passed through health education,the dependence of extremity function training was obviously improved,and extremity functions level and ADL were improved.Extremity function training was the recovering means of cerebral infarction patients for a longterm.Conclusion It is only to carry out at early stage,but also must persist in longterm.On the basis of situation of our nation is that patients recovering work at home,so it must be care of the health education during being in hospital,which can improve the dependence of patients,then can improve recoverings lever and ability of providing for oneself and patients live quality. ......
