【摘 要】 目的 探讨垂体腺瘤的手术治疗。 方法 回顾分析1998年1月～2005年1月收治的50例垂体腺瘤患者资料。 结果 50例患者均采用经鼻蝶窦入路显微手术切除垂体腺瘤，其中38例肿瘤获得全切，12例获大部切除，1例死亡。 结论 经鼻蝶窦显微手术，因其创伤小、并发症低、恢复快，可作为垂体腺瘤手术治疗的首选方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the microsurgical treatment of pituitary adenomas.Methods 50cases from1998to2005were analysed retrospectively.Results Pituitary adenomas of the50cases were removed via a transnaso-sphenoidal approach.Pitu-itary adenomas of38cases were removed totally.The rest were resected mostly.Conclusion Transnaso-sphenoidal microsurgi-cal treatment for pituitary adenomas is the first choice.
