【摘要】 目的 总结补片修补巨大腹壁切口疝患者的临床经验。方法 回顾性分析2001年6月～2005年5月经我院诊治的26例巨大腹壁切口疝患者的临床资料。结果 26例均痊愈出院，无心肺衰竭等严重并发症，随访3～6个月无复发。结论 补片修补术是治疗巨大腹壁切口疝的理想方法。【关键词】 切口疝；补片；修补
Use patch to repair giant abdominal incisional hernia:a report of 26 cases

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the clinical experiences of patch repair on giant abdominal incisional hernia.Methods The clinical data of twentysix cases of giant abdominal incisional hernia treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results All cases were healed and no severe complication happened,no recurrence.Conclusion Patch repair is an ideal surgical procedure for giant abdominal incisional hernia.
