【摘要】 目的 探讨输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的操作方法和临床疗效。方法 自2003年8月～2005年10月采用输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石268例。结果 一次性结石粉碎率94.03%(252/268)。术中发生输尿管穿孔3例，发生率为1.12%(3/268)，未发生术中及术后严重并发症。结论 采用输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石成功率高，安全可靠，可作为治疗输尿管中下段结石的首选方法。

    Management of ureteric calculi with ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy:a report of 268 cases

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the treatment of ureteric calculi with Swiss Lithoclast pneumatic lithotriptor and prevention of complications.Methods From August 2003 to October 2005,268 patients with ureteric calculi were treated with ureteroscopy and Swiss Lithoclast pneumatic lithotriptor.Results 252 of 268 patients (94.03%) were treated successfully in the first session.3 of 268 patients (1.12%) were found the perforation of ureter.None serious complications were found during and after operation.Conclusion Treatment of ureteric calculi with this method is safe,effective and less invasive. ......
