摘 要: 目的 探讨开颅手术对肺癌脑转移治疗价值。 方法 回顾2年来17例经病理证实的肺癌脑转移手术后的预后。 结果 存活超过1年10例，超过2年3例。 结论 开颅治疗占位效应明显的转移瘤具有重要的价值，可及时挽救部分患者的生命，提高患者生存质量，是脑转移瘤综合治疗的重要一环。
