【摘 要】 目的 探讨经颅多普勒(TCD)与CT血管造影(CTA)对诊断大脑中动脉狭窄的异同。 方法 对56例短暂性脑缺血发作及脑梗塞的病人分别进行TCD及CTA检查。 结果 TCD与CTA对诊断大脑中动脉M1段狭窄差异无显著性，对于诊断M2段狭窄差异具有显著性。 结论 CTA诊断M2段狭窄可能优于TCD，TCD诊断M2段的狭窄标准有待于进一步确定。
