体外受精胚胎移植妊娠结局影响因素Logistic回归分析

     摘要：目的：探讨体外受精胚胎移植(IVFET)妊娠结局的影响因素。方法：对175例不孕患者(177个IVFET周期)的临床资料进行回顾性分析，采用多因素非条件逐步Logistic回归方法分析女方年龄、不孕类别、基础卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平、促性腺激素(Gn)用量、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)注射日子宫内膜厚度、HCG注射日血清雌二醇(E2)水平和获卵数与IVFET妊娠结局的关系。结果：年龄≥35岁(OR=0.699 2)、基础FSH≥15 IU/L(OR=0.872 4)、HCG注射日血清E2≥2 997 pg/ml(OR=0.823 1)是妊娠率降低的因素(P均<0.05)，HCG注射日子宫内膜厚度≥10 mm(OR=1.377 1)和获卵数增加(OR= 1.045 0)是妊娠率提高的因素(P均<0.05)。结论：IVFET妊娠结局受女性年龄、基础FSH水平、Gn用量、HCG注射日子宫内膜厚度、HCG注射日血清E2水平和获卵数多因素的影响。

    Logistic regression analysis of influential factors on the pregnancy outcome

    Abstract: Objective：To investigate the influential factors on the pregnancy outcome of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVFET). Methods: One hundred and seventyseven cycles of IVFET were analyzed retrospectively, Stepwise logistic regression analysis was done to select useful influential factors on the pregnancy outcome of in IVFET. Results: The pregnancy rate was declining with age≥35 years (OR=0.699 2), basic follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) ≥15 IU/L (OR=0.872 4), E2 on the day of human chronic gonadotropin (HCG) injection≥2 997 pg/ml (OR=0.823 1 )(P<0.05), we also found the higher pregnancy rate in the≥10 mm of the endometrial thickness on the day of HCG injection(OR=1.377 1) and in the increasing number of retrieved oocytes(OR=1.045 0)(P<0.05). Conclusions: Female age, basic FSH, E2 on the day of HCG injection, the endometrial thickness on the day of hCG injection and the number of retrieved oocytes were influential factors that affect the pregnancy outcome in IVFET. ......
