     摘要：目的研究肠安口服液中猪去氧胆酸的含量测定。方法采用薄层扫描法进行测定。结果猪去氧胆酸在3.50 ~12.25 mg之间线性关系良好,相关系数R=0.998 9,回收率为103.2%,RSD为3.0%。结论该法灵敏、简便、准确，可用于该制剂的测定和质量控制指标。

    Determination of Hyodeoxycholic in Changan Oral Liquid

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo develop an assay for the quantitative determination of hyodeoxycholic in Changan Oral Liquid .MethodsTLC was selected to determine the content.ResultsThe linearity was obtained over the range of 3.50~12.25mg(r=0.998 9).The average recovery was 103.2%,and RSD was 3.0%.ConclusionThe results showed that this method is sensitive,simple,sepecific and accurate for the determination of hyodeoxycholic in Changan Oral Liquid.
