【摘 要】 目的 探讨弓形虫感染者免疫水平。 方法 用单向免疫扩散法检测弓形虫抗体阳性孕妇血清IgG、IgA、IgM和C3 含量，用BSA检测其T细胞亚群。 结果 与正常孕妇相比，弓形虫抗体阳性孕妇其血清IgG、IgA、CD+4 含量下降，CD+4 /CD +8 比值下降，而血清IgM、C 3 上升。 结论 弓形虫感染者体液免疫和细胞免疫均紊乱。
