     摘要：目的研究不同生长时期的桑叶中黄酮类物质含量差异，以便更有效地利用各生长时期桑叶。方法利用NaNO2Al(NO3)3NaOH分光光度法测定不同生长时期的桑叶中黄酮类物质含量。结果不同生长时期的桑叶中黄酮类物质含量差异很大。结论桑树生长前期的桑叶黄酮类物质含量较低，桑树停止生长后到苦霜前的一段时间桑叶中黄酮类物质含量较高。

    Studies on Variation of Flavones Content in Mulberry Leaves from Different Growing Seasons

    Abstract:ObjectiveStudy the variation of total flavones content in mulberry leaves from different growing seasons in order to use the leaves efficiently.MethodsUsing NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH spectrophotometry to determine the total flavones content in mulberry leaves from different growing seasons.ResultsThe variation of the total flavones content is remarkable.ConclusionThe total flavones content in mulberry leaves is low when the tree is in growing prophase and high in the period from the date of growth stopped to heavy frost.
