摘要:目的从天山大黄中提取多糖,并测定其含量。方法运用超声技术用水提醇沉法提取天山大黄多糖,用酚-硫酸比色法测定多糖含量。结果多糖含量8.756%,平均回收率为100.6%,RSD=0.66%(n=5)。结论首次运用超声技术从天山大黄中提取出多糖,反应速度加快,收率提高。关键词: 超声技术; 天山大黄; 多糖; 提取 ; 含量测定
