     摘要：目的从天山大黄中提取多糖，并测定其含量。方法运用超声技术用水提醇沉法提取天山大黄多糖，用酚-硫酸比色法测定多糖含量。结果多糖含量8.756%，平均回收率为100.6%，RSD=0.66%(n=5)。结论首次运用超声技术从天山大黄中提取出多糖，反应速度加快，收率提高。
