摘要:目的从化学角度揭示附子甘草配伍的机理。方法应用高效液相分析方法,比较了乌头碱单煎、乌头碱甘草酸合煎物质变化的规律。结果乌头碱单煎、乌头碱甘草酸合煎,乌头碱都发生水解;比较单煎、合煎高效液相色谱(HPLC) 结果,甘草酸加速了乌头碱的水解。结论甘草酸加速乌头碱水解是附子甘草配伍减毒机理之一。关键词:乌头碱; 甘草酸; 配伍; 高效液相色谱法
Study of Interaction of Aconitine and Glycyrrhizic Acid by HPLC

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the compatible mechanism of Fuzi and Gancao from the chemical view. MethodsAnalyzing and comparing the decoction of aconitine, and aconitine with Blycyrrhizic acid. ResultsAconitine is hydrolyzed in the decoction. Hydrolyzation is accelerated in the decoction.ConclusionGlycyrrhizic acid forms salt with aconitine, then it improves the hydrolyzation of aconitine , which is the chemical view of alleviation of Fuzi toxicity.
