【摘要】 目的 探讨子宫肌瘤手术治疗的术式选择。方法 对我院收治子宫肌瘤(经手术及病理证实)980例患者的手术方式进行回顾性分析。结果 手术方式以全子宫切除为主，占85.92%。结论 手术方式应根据患者的年龄、肌瘤生长部位、对生育的要求决定，并尽量保留卵巢功能。【关键词】 平滑肌瘤；妇科外科手术
Choice of operative methods for hysteromyoma:a review of 980 cases

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the operative choice for the treatment of hysteromyoma.Methods Retrospective analysis on operative methods of hysteromyoma for 980 cases hospitalized in my hospital was performed.Results The operative way is mainly to total hysterectomy accounting 85.92%.Conclusion The operative ways should be decided by patients ages,the foci of the hysteromyoma and remain the function of ovary if possible.
