    Abstract:To determine the content of the the polysaccharides and heavy mentals in Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort and Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. cv. Fuxiong.A phenol_sulfuric acid method was used for the determination of the polysaccharide content，and AAS method for the determination of the heavy mentals content.The results show that in Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort and Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. cv. Fuxiong,the content of polysaccharides was (2535±023)mg/g and(2352±051)mg/g respectively ......
