妊娠高血压疾病母儿血清中瘦素的含量在胎盘中的表达及其意义的研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨妊娠高血压疾病母儿血清中瘦素的含量在胎盘中的表达及其意义。方法 采用放射免疫法测定25例正常孕妇、23例妊娠高血压疾病孕妇及其新生儿脐血中的瘦素水平，利用免疫组织化学染色法测定上述孕妇胎盘中瘦素的表达。结果 (1)妊娠高血压疾病组产妇血清中瘦素水平明显高于正常对照组，差异具有非常显著性(P<0.01)。(2)妊娠高血压疾病组脐血瘦素水平与母血水平呈正相关(P<0.01)，正常对照组无相关性。(3)妊娠高血压疾病组脐血瘦素表达明显增多(P<0.01)。(4)脐血瘦素水平与新生儿体重呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 (1)孕期瘦素主要来自胎盘。(2)瘦素与妊娠高血压疾病发病相关。(3)脐血瘦素水平升高是导致巨大儿的危险因素。【关键词】 瘦素;高血压,妊娠性;胎儿体重;胎盘

【Abstract】 Objective To research the effects and clinical meanings of leptin levels in pregnant women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy (HDCP) and cord and its expression in the placenta.Methods Immunohistochemical technique and radioimmunoassay was used to detect the leptin levels and its expression in pregnant womens blood with HDCP, cord serum and placenta.Results (1)The serum leptin levels was elevated in pregnant women with HDCP, compared with healthy pregnant woman.(2)Cord leptin levels of HDCP was associated with the pregnant womans serum leptin levels.But there was no relationship between them in nomal pregnant woman.(3)The high expression was found in HDCP placenta.(4)A positive correlation was found between cord leptin level and neonatal weight.Conclusion (1)Leptin was mainly producted by placenta during pregnancy.(2)The association was found between leptin and HDCP.(3)Cord leptin was a risk factor to a high birth weight. ......
