摘要 :目的 评价直肠癌切除术3种吻合方式的效果，为临床手术术式选择提供依据。 方法 回顾性分析573例直肠癌手术患者资料，比较传统手工吻合(A组)、单纯吻合器机械吻合(B组)和在吻合器机械吻合的基础上加用全层间断缝合吻合口(C组)3种吻合方式术后主要并发症吻合口漏、吻合口出血、吻合口狭窄的发生情况。 结果 C组患者术后3种主要并发症的发生率分别为吻合口漏0.98%、吻合口出血0.49%、吻合口狭窄1.47%，均明显低于A、B2组患者。 结论 在吻合器机械吻合的基础上加用全层间断缝合吻合，较单纯手工吻合及吻合器机械吻合，能显著降低术后主要并发症的发生率，是一种安全有效的术式。
