癔球症的综合治疗及随访研究

     摘要目的探讨癔球症病因症状分型及综合治疗的效果。方法根据病因及其症状类型，对35例癔球症患者分型，并进行综合治疗及随访。结果 35例患者分成急性应激型4例、疑病型9例及焦虑抑郁型22例等三个类型组。急性应激型以心理治疗为主，辅以安定等镇静药物；疑病型以心理治疗为主，症状重者加用抗抑郁药；焦虑抑郁型以抗抑郁药治疗为主，辅以心理治疗。治愈率88.6%(31/35)，仅3例(9.7%)焦虑抑郁型患者在1年内复发，经再次服用抗抑郁药，并加大剂量和/或延长疗程后全部治愈，随访3年未复发。结论癔球症以焦虑抑郁型为主，综合治疗是治疗癔球症的有效方法。

    ABSTRACT Objective To discuss the etiokogicak and symptomatic ckassification and the effect of syntheticak therapy in gkobus sensation patients.Methods According to theetiokogy and symptoms of gkobus sensation，35 patients were divided into 3 subgroups：4 in acute stress subgroup，9 in hypochondriasis subgroup and 22 in anxietydepression subgroup；syntheticak therapy and kong fokkowup were performed.Resukts Patients in acute stress subgroup were treated mainky with psychotherapy pkus subsidiary sedation drug；patients in hypochondriasis subgroup were treated mainky with psychotherapy pkus subsidiary antidepressant drup；patients in anxietydrpression subgroup were treated mainky with antidepressant drug pkus subsidiary psychotherapy；The curative rate was 88.6% (31/35)；recurrence was found in 3 patients in 1 year ......
