Clinical research of hydrocolloid dressing in treating small area second degree burn

    【Abstract】 AIM: To evaluate the clinical effects and feasibility of hydrocolloid dressing in treating small area seconddegree burn.METHODS: Thirty cases of seconddegree burn with less than 10% of total body burn area (TBSA) were observed and two burn areas with similar size and depth in each case were paired and compared.One of the areas was treated with hydrocolloid dressing and the other with vaseline gauze as control.The differences in the rate of wound healing,doctors workload per 1% TBSA,the cost of dressing materials per 1% TBSA,and the degree of pain during dressing change were compared between the two groups.RESULTS: There were significant differences in the items compared between the two groups.The wound healing in the hydrocolloid dressing group was 4 days shorter than that in the vaseline gauze group,and the doctors workload and the cost of dressing materials decreased in the hydrocolloid dressing group.The patients in the hydrocolloid dressing group had less pain than those in the vaseline gauze group.CONCLUSION: The hydrocolloid dressing,better than the traditional dressing (vaseline gauze),is an ideal dressing in treating small area seconddegree burn. ...... 濡傛灉鎮ㄥ湪浣跨敤鎵嬫満绛夋祦瑙堟椂鏃犳硶鏌ョ湅鎴栦笅杞藉叏鏂囷紝鍙兘鏄鎼滅储寮曟搸澶辩湡鈥滆浆鐮佲€濓紝璇风偣鍑诲睆骞曟渶涓嬫柟鐨勨€滅數鑴戠増鈥濇垨鈥滃師缃戦〉鈥濊闂€�
