胎膜早破与生殖道B族溶血性链球菌和解脲支原体感染的关系

     [摘要] 目的探讨胎膜早破孕妇与生殖道B族溶血性链球菌(GBS)和解脲支原体(UU)感染的关系。方法随机抽取我院住院待产或临产的孕妇826例，在肛查或阴道内诊前取阴道或宫颈分泌物，进行GBS和UU检测。结果 UU和GBS皆阳性的孕妇胎膜早破发生率均高于单一病原体阳性组和全部阴性组(χ2=7.45、8.36,P<0.05)。结论 UU和GBS之间可能通过协同作用而引起胎膜早破。

    RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PREMATURE RUPTURE OF FETAL MEMBRANE AND REPRODUCTIVE TRACT INFECTION CAUSED BY GROUP B HEMOLYTIC STREPTOCOCCI AND UREAPLASMA URALYTICUM

    [ABSTRACT]ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between premature rupture of membrane and Group B hemolytic streptococci (GBS) and ureaplasma uralyticum (UU) infection in reproductive tract. MethodsThis study consisted of 826 parturient women selected at random in our hospital. Cervical secretions were taken for detection of GBS and UU before anal or vaginal examination. ResultsThe incidence rate of premature rupture of membrane in pregnant women of both GBS and UUpositive group was higher than that of GBS or UUnegative group or both GBS and UUnegative group (χ2=7.45,8.36; P<0.05). ConclusionGBS is in coordination with UU causing premature rupture of membrane. ......
