     [摘要] 目的探讨下颌舌翼区伸展对全口义齿固位的影响。方法 23例病人全口义齿修复时舌翼区尽量伸展至下颌舌骨嵴后的倒凹区内。结果治疗3月内义齿固位力和稳定性增加明显，经随访，病人均表示满意。结论对于下牙槽嵴严重吸收萎缩低平的全口义齿修复者，舌翼区尽量伸展对义齿固位起关键性作用。

    LINGUAL FLANGE AREA EXTENSION OF FULL DENTURE: CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 23 CASES

    [ABSTRACT]ObjectiveTo discuss the effects of lower mandible lingual flange area(LFA) extension on full denture.MethodsLFA was extended as far as possible toward the undercut area behind the mylohyoid ridge in 23 patients. Results The followup showed that within three months, the retention and stability of the dentures increased significantly. All the patients were satisfied. ConclusionFor those with serious alveolarboneabsorption atrophy, LFA extension plays a key role in retention of the dentures.
