【摘 要】 目的 对散发性结直肠腺瘤用电切除术治疗，评价其安全性和疗效。 方法 在结肠镜检查发现结直肠息肉的患者中，经过病理检查选择散发性结直肠腺瘤的患者在内镜下用电切除术治疗。 结果 54颗腺瘤全部采用电切除术切除，腺瘤主要分布在左半结肠(47/54)，术中出血5例(5/26)，全部患者无术后迟发性出血、腹痛和穿孔发生。回收腺瘤病理检查有1例癌变(1/26)。术后1年再发生腺瘤2例(2/26)。 结论 采用电切除术治疗散发性结直肠腺瘤疗效好，并发症少，临床上可做为首选的方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the securit and the efficacy of electrotomy therapy for sporadic colorectal adenoma.Methods Among patients with colorectal polyps diagnosed with the colonoscope，those were chosen who had sporadic colorectal adenomata through pathologic inspection and were hospitalized in order to excise adenomata with electro┐tomy.Results All fifty-four adenomata were excised with electrotomy.The adenomata distributed mainly over left-side colon(47/54).Bleeding occurred in five patients during the operation(5/26).None had delayed bleeding and perforation after endo-scopic therapy.Through pathologic inspection ......
