【摘 要】 目的 总结颅脑复合伤的临床特点和治疗经验。 方法 回顾性分析我院8年来救治45例颅脑复合伤病人的临床资料，加以总结，提出救治时的注意事项。 结果 45例患者中，死亡11例，死亡率20.4%。死亡原因:休克(创伤、失血)3例，脑水肿脑疝形成7例，窒息1例，其余34例均临床痊愈。 结论 颅脑复合伤病人早期因昏迷诊断较为困难，对有休克症状的患者要及时抗休克治疗，去除休克原因，对有开颅指征的同时准备开颅手术。
