【摘 要】 目的 探讨颅骨钻孔血肿清除引流术治疗颅内血肿的疗效、预后及相关因素，提出有关操作的技术改进。 方法 对幕上血肿23例实施颅骨钻孔血肿清除引流术。 结果 其有效率达78.3%，但病人的预后主要取决于其发病年龄、出血部位、出血量、脑疝形成情况及术前Glasgow评分等。 结论 颅骨钻孔血肿清除引流术是治疗颅内血肿的一种简单有效的方法，但临床实施该技术要因人而宜，讲求个体化方案。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect，prognosis and factors concerned about the treatment of intracranial hematoma by cranial drilling hematoma evacuation drainage and propose some technical improvenemts.Methods Cranial drilling hematoma evacuation drainage was applied on23cases of supratentorial hematoma.Results The effective rate was up to78.3%.The prognosis may mainly depend on the age of attack，area and amount of haemorrhage，the forming of cerebral hernial and Glasgow rating before operation.Conclusion Crania drilling hematoma evacuation drainage is easy and effective in the treat-ment of intracranial hamatoma but its clinical application should differ from person to person and personalized plan is required. ......
