血液透析中发生血压异常情况分析

     [摘要] 目的观察不同年龄组血液透析中高血压及低血压的发生率。方法对常规血液透析的42例病人的3 120例次透析情况进行分析。结果老年组高血压发生率低于非老年组，低血压发生率高于非老年组(χ2=6.33、45.54,P<0.05、0.01)。结论血液透析中老年人易发生低血压，非老年人易发生高血压。
