[摘要] 目的 了解冠心病病人的心率变异性(HRV)，探讨冠心病病人自主神经变化的临床意义。方法 测定冠心病病人和正常对照组心电图的时域和频域指标，并进行比较分析。结果 冠心病组24 h HRV指标水平明显低于正常对照组(t=2.49~6.15,P<0.05)。结论 冠心病病人存在心血管自主神经系统功能紊乱现象，以交感神经活动占优势。[关键词] 冠状动脉疾病；心率变异性；心电描记术,便携式
AN ANALYSIS OF HEART RATE VARIABILITY IN PATIENTS WITH CORONARY HEART DISEASE

[ABSTRACT]ObjectiveTo understand heart rate variability (HRV) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and to study clinical significance of autonomic changes of CHD. MethodsThe parameters of time domain and frequency domain were measured in CHD patients and normal subjects.ResultsThe HRV parameters in patients with CHD were lower than in those of the control group (t=2.49-6.15,P<0.05). ConclusionThere is an abnormal autonomic influence on the cardiovascular system in patients with CHD, and its sympathetic tone is predominant.
