金银花药材对照指纹图谱的建立及质量评价

     摘要:目的建立金银花药材指纹图谱分析法,研究不同产地金银花的质量。方法反相高效液相色谱法,使用中国药典委员会推荐“计算机辅助相似度评价软件”进行数据处理,对不同产地金银花药材指纹图谱的相似度进行比较分析,构建金银花药材对照指纹图谱。结果不同产地金银花药材指纹图谱相似度较好,在对照指纹图谱中确定了5个共有峰。结论采用反相高效液相色谱法控制药材的指纹图谱,该方法重现性好,用于金银花的质量评价切实可行。

    Establishment of Chromatographic Control Fingerprint and Quality Assessment of Lonicera japonica Thunb

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish chromatographic fingerprint of Lonicera japonica Thunb. in order to control the quality of it. MethodsThe RP-HPLC was applied in chromatographic separation, and date were analysed by " Computer Aided Similarity Evaluation" software to compare the quality of Lonicera japonica Thunb. Samples from different habitats.ResultsSamples from different habitats were of high similarity, and five common peaks were designated.ConclusionThe RP-HPLC fingerprint method is repeatable, feasible in analysis of Lonicera japonica Thunb. and can be used in quality assessment of Lonicera japonica Thunb. ......
