【摘 要】 目的 观察复荣通脉胶囊治疗糖尿病周围血管病变的临床疗效。方法 将152例糖尿病周围血管病变患者随机分为2组。治疗组76例，采用复荣通脉胶囊加西洛他唑片口服；对照组76例，单用西洛他唑片口服。连续用药3个月，观察2组治疗前后综合疗效、临床症状和体征、血糖、血脂、血液流变学变化及不良反应情况。结果 治疗组显效率59.4%，总有效率97.4%；对照组显效率39.5%，总有效率86.8%。2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组患者症状和体征显著改善，明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、甘油三酯(TG)均较治疗前降低(P<0.05)；治疗组总胆固醇(TC)较治疗前降低(P<0.05)，对照组TC较治疗前无改善(P>0.05), 2组治疗后TC、TG比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。2组全血黏度、血浆黏度均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01)；治疗组治疗后纤维蛋白原明显降低(P<0.01)，对照组治疗后纤维蛋白原基本无变化(P>0.05)。临床观察无明显毒副作用。结论 复荣通脉胶囊治疗糖尿病周围血管病变疗效确切，值得进一步研究和临床推广使用。

    【Abstracts】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Furongtongmai capsule on diabetes mellitus peripheral angiopathy. Methods 152 patients with diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into two groups. 76 patients in the treatment group were administrated Furongtongmai capsule and Cilostazol tablet orally. 76 patients in the control group were only given Cilostazol tablet orally. The effectiveness, clinical symptom and sign, glucose, blood fat and hemodynamics and the adverse effect were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group were 97.4% and 86.8% respectively (P<0.05).The level of FBG,PBG,HbA1c and TG significantly decreased in both groups after treatment compared with theose before treatment (P<0.05).There was a significant difference of TC and TG after treatment between the two groups (P<0.05).
