应用原位杂交技术分析ZNF216基因在成年小鼠各主要组织中的表达模式

     [摘要]目的: 获得ZNF216基因的表达模式。 方法: 体外转录方法合成地高辛标记的cRNA探针,利用原位杂交技术检测ZNF216基因在成年小鼠各主要组织中的表达模式。 结果: 在小鼠脑、心脏、骨骼肌和睾丸细胞内可检测到很强的ZNF216的杂交信号,在肾脏细胞内也可检测到杂交信号,但在脾脏和肝脏细胞内仅检测到少许杂交信号和未能检测到杂交信号。 结论: ZNF216基因表达于几种组织细胞内,具有一定的组织特异性。

    Abstract:Objective To develop an improved operative method of pterygium treatment.Methods A noncomparative interventional case se-ries was carried out.Fifty-seven eyes in53subjects with either primary(52eyes)or recurrent(5eyes)pterygia were operated on for pterygia using a new surgical method,conjunctival stretching,derived from conjunctival autografting and involving pterygium excision followed by stretch-ing of the adjacent conjunctiva to cover the exposed clera.Operating time,rate of recurrence,and incidence of complications were measured.Results Follow-up time was at least5months.The perating time was shorter than that for conjunctival autografting.The rate of recurrence of pterygia was low(7%) ......
