【摘要】 目的：总结急性闭角型青光眼的急救与护理。方法： 尽快降低眼压，做好手术前、后护理，针对性心理疏导。结果：52例急性闭角型青光眼患者出院眼压均正常，无并发症发生。结论：迅速有效的降低眼压可挽救视功能，护理对策得当可减少并发症发生，提高治愈率。

    【Abstract】 Objective：to summarize the first-aid and nursing of acute angle-closure glaucoma. Methods:To reduce the eyes pressure of patients as soon as possible, to nurse them well before and after operation and to give them the psychological leading. Results: The eyes pressure of 52 patients suffered from acute angle-closure glaucoma were normal and no complications were found when they left hospital.Conclusions: Reducing eyes pressure effectively and in good time could retrieval the patients' optical functions. Appropriate nursing could decrease the complications and increase the cure rate of acute angle-closure glaucoma. ......
