The discussion on buying the medical equipments by financing lease wayXiaojing Wanga,Bing Guanb,Jun Zhangb
Abstract The authors analyzed the characteristics of the finance lease,a new-type of financing,through illustrating the fundaments of finance lease,origination,development background,economic essence and model. It is easy to apply and grasp for finance lease. Not only can it optimize resource distribution and accelerate renewal of equipments,but also can help enhance the popularity of the hospital and alleviate the burden of cost. During the applicating process of finance lease,particular attention should be given to the security of fund. All parties should follow the principle of risk-bearing and benefits-sharing.
