小儿腹部外伤的诊治体会

摘要： 目的 探讨小儿腹部外伤的特点及诊治，提高其救治水平。方法 回顾性分析我院1990年1月～2003年12月收治的81例腹部外伤患儿诊治效果及预后。结果 本组81例患儿中，64例术前得到明确诊断，经及时手术治疗，无1例死亡。术后发生黏连性肠梗阻8例，并发小肠瘘1例，经保守治疗均痊愈。另17例保守治疗痊愈。结论 正确地诊断、及时有效的抢救措施、正确的术式是提高小儿腹外伤救治成功率、降低死亡率的关键。关键词： 创伤； 腹部损伤； 儿童

Abstract: Objective To explore the early diagnosis and effective management of abdominal injures in children. Methods Clinical data of 81 children with abdominal injury from January 1990 to December 2003 were analyzed. Results There were 17 cases managed conservatively,64 cases undergone emergency operation. Posttraumatic complications developed in 9 patients were treated conservatively.
