【摘要】 目的 观察应用肾上腺糖皮质激素后血液中白细胞数量及白细胞分类的变化。方法 对68例应用肾上腺皮质激素的病人在用药前后分别用COULTER细胞分析仪检测白细胞数，用OLYMPUS显微镜进行白细胞分类。 结果 大部分病例应用肾上腺皮质激素后白细胞总数增多，68%病例分类中淋巴细胞减少，76%病例嗜酸性粒细胞减少，有21例出现幼稚粒细胞。结论 应用肾上腺糖皮质激素除了可以使白细胞总数增多外，部分病例外周血中还可能出现幼稚粒细胞，且随着白细胞总数的增多，幼稚粒细胞出现的几率亦增高。
