【摘要】 目的 探讨实体肿瘤浸润骨髓后的临床表现。方法 对36例实体肿瘤骨髓转移患者的临床表现及骨髓象进行分析，观察其主要的临床特点。结果 所有病例的骨髓片中均可找到多少不等的成团、成簇的转移癌细胞，且形态可见异常改变。结论 对明确诊断为恶性肿瘤的患者常规骨髓穿刺涂片可早期发现骨髓转移，有助于及时诊断及治疗。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations of metastatic carcinoma of bone marrow.Methods To analyse the clinical manifestations and the myelogram of 36 cases of medulla metastatic carcinoma and observe the main clinical attributes.Results More or less transfer carcinoma cell that formed group or cluster could be found evidently abnormal morphological changes in the painting slides of all patients.Conclusion The general myelogram painting slides may find metastasis to bone marrow early in patients who have been diagnosed with malignant tumor.So that it can be helpful for diagnosis and therapy in time. ......
