【摘要】 目的 探讨国产阿奇霉素治疗“慢阻病”(COPD)的疗效及安全性。方法 将我院2004年1月～2005年12月收治的186例COPD患者，随机分为2组，治疗组用阿奇霉素针0.5g加入5%葡萄糖250ml中静脉滴注，每日1次；对照组静脉滴注国产头孢呋辛钠针2.0g，每日2次，疗程5～7天。结果 治疗组显效64例，好转6例，无效5例，总有效率94.62%，不良反应8例(8.60%)；对照组显效47例，好转25例，无效21例，总有效率77.42%，不良反应18例(19.35%)。结论 阿奇霉素治疗COPD加重期有效且副作用小。
