【摘要】 目的：观察带状疱疹性角膜炎星状神经节阻滞治疗及应用抗病毒药物的临床效果对比。方法：研究对象180例(180眼)随机平分为治疗组(星状神经节阻滞+常规治疗)和对照组(常规治疗+干扰素)，对比分析2组患者的临床疗效。 结果：治疗组显效21例(23%)，有效65例(72%)，总有效率86(96%)；对照组显效21例(23%)，有效30例(33%)，总有效率51(57%)，统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论：星状神经节阻滞治疗带状疱疹性角膜炎，安全有效，值得临床推广应用。

    Clinical Treatment Effect of Satellite Ganglion Block on Harpes Zoster keratitis

    【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate clinical treatment effect comparison between by satellite ganglion block and antivirus drugs on herpes simplex keratitis. Methods:180 cases (180 eyes) were divided into the treating group (90 eyes) and the control group (90 eyes) randomly, comparing their treatment effect.Results: In treating group, clear effect 21 cases (23 per cent), having effect 65 cases (72 per cent), total effective rate was 96 per cent; in the control group, clear effect 21 cases (23 per cent), having effect 30 cases (33 per cent), total effective rate was 57 per cent. There were significant difference both groups (P<0.05).Conclusions: It is safety and effective treating herpes simplex keratitis by satellite ganglion block, being worth used widely. ......
