[摘 要] 目的：探讨经颅多普勒超声(TCD)和脑电图(EEG)在病毒性脑膜炎中的应用价值。方法：对80例病毒性脑膜炎进行TCD和EEG检测与分析。结果：治疗前86%的EEG和80%的TCD均显示异常。治疗后除个别病例外，随着临床症状好转和痊愈，TCD和EEG也好转或恢复正常。结论：用TCD和EEG观察病毒性脑膜炎的演变过程对估计预后有重要意义。

    Detection of TCD and EEG in Patients with Virus Meningitis

    Abstract：Objectives To explore the clinical application value of transcranial doppler (TCD) and electroencephalography (EEG) in patients with virus meningitis.Methods TCD and EEG were done and analysed in 80 patients with tuberculous eningitis.Results The abnormality rate of EEG was 86% and that of TCD was 81% before treatment.TCD and EEG were improved or recovered to normal level with the improvement of clinical symptoms.Conclusions To observe the changes of virus meningitis by TCD and EEG should be of important significance in predicting the prognosis of virus meningitis.
