摘要: 外固定器已越来越广泛地应用于创伤的治疗中，成为一种不可缺少的骨科治疗技术。本文作 者进行了外固定器的临床和基础研究，阐述了外固定器在骨创伤中的应用，同时对如何充分利用外固定器 技术进行了简要的总结。

    骨外固定器是于骨折的近端、 远端经皮肤穿放 钢针，用器械连杆及固定关节把露于皮肤外的针端 连结起来以固定骨折端，或行截骨矫形及肢体延长 的治疗方法。近20年来，骨外固定器理论的完善及 外固定器械的改进、应用技术的提高，使外固定器得 到迅速发展。骨外固定器由于其应用闭合复位穿针 技术，有体外可调节性，故其具有创伤小、最大限度 的保护骨膜和软组织的血运、消除应力遮挡和早期 进行功能锻炼的优点。外固定器已越来越广泛地应 用于创伤的治疗中，成为一种不可缺少的骨科治疗 技术。
