【摘要】 目的 探讨人性化护理的临床应用。方法 了解住院病人的心理需求及人性化护理模式下指导的相应护理措施，指出目前实施人性化护理过程中存在的一些问题及其对策。结果 进行人性化护理可让病人树立起战胜疾病的信心，但要克服实施过程中的一些困难，需要合理利用护理人力资源，提高护士的整体素质。结论 护理人员只有急病人之所急，想病人之所想，把自己置身于病人的角度，才能为病人提供真正的人性化护理服务。【关键词】 护理；人性化

【Abstract】 Objective To inquiry into the clinical application of the humanized nursing.Methods Humanized nursing care should be based on the patients mental and physical needs.What problems confront at present were discussed.Results To carry on the humanized nursing helps patient set up confidence,but need to make reasonable use of the nursing human resource and raise the nurses whole attributes.Conclusion The personnel of nursing provide the real humanized nursing service for the patient only by doing what patient needs.
